2025/2026 Membership Request
Membership & Injury Waiver
In consideration of acceptance of this registration by the Markdale Golf and Curling Club (“The Club”), I (or my child, if participant is a minor) HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE The Club and each of its members, officers and employees FROM ANY AND ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and cause of action, whether in law or equally in respect of direct injury, loss or damage to myself (or my child, if participant is a minor) or property, arising or to arise by reason of myself (or my child, if participant is a minor) at The Club, that has not been contributed by any negligent act, by omission or commission, of any of the aforesaid.
Photo Waiver: By purchasing a membership, you grant Markdale Golf & Curling Club permission to use photos or videos taken during club events, tournaments, or general play for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the club in writing.
NOTE: Curling Helmets are Mandatory for Youth and Strongly Recommended for Adults
