To secure your membership, simply complete the 2024 Golf Membership Registration Form and choose one of the following payment options:

• E-Transfer: Send your payment to MGCCtransfers@gmail.com (Security Question: Sport / Security Answer: Golf), along with your completed registration form.
• Cheque by Mail: If you prefer, you can mail a cheque along with your registration form to:
