Join the Excitement: 2024/25 Curling Season at Markdale Golf and Curling Club
Join us for another exciting season of curling. Registration will be held on Thursday, October 17th, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you’re unable to attend in person, you’re welcome to visit the club before October 15th (the end of the golf season) to register. Registration forms are also available online and can be printed, signed, and submitted electronically with payments made via e-transfer.
Give It a Try: FREE OPEN HOUSE
We’re excited to invite everyone to our “Give It a Try” Open House on Saturday, November 2nd, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Bring your friends and neighbors to experience curling firsthand!
League Play
Our regular league play begins on Monday, November 4th.
Equipment Orders
Need new curling gear? While we have some loaner equipment, it’s available on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment catalogues and order sheets will be available at the club during the season.
Six-Pack Memberships
Not ready to commit to a full membership? Our six-pack option allows you to play on a flexible basis. Payments can be made at the club using debit, Visa, or Mastercard – please note, we do not accept cash.
How to Register
It’s time to register for the 2024-2025 season! You can sign up in person at the club or choose to register via email.
To register by email:
- Download and print the registration form – CLICK HERE!
- Complete and sign the form.
- Scan and email the form to markdalegccinfo@gmail.com.
Payments can be made by e-transfer to MGCCtransfers@gmail.com. Use the security question “Our Winter Sport” with the answer “Curling.” Please include your name and membership type (e.g., Full Membership – Wilma & Fred Flintstone) in the e-transfer comments. If you plan to pay by e-transfer, please do so by October 7th to ensure your spot is confirmed.
You can also drop off your registration form and waiver at the club if you’re paying via e-transfer.

Club Improvements for 2024/25
We’ve made several upgrades to enhance your curling experience this season:
- New RO Water System & Hot Water Source: Ensuring perfectly pebbled ice!
- New Cameras: Sheets A and D are now equipped with cameras, completing coverage on all sheets.
- Fundraising Success: Since 2019, we’ve raised over $12,000, supporting crucial facility improvements and enhancing our loaner equipment inventory.
